Tribute concert to Ireneu Segarra

Abstract

Report of the celebration of the centenary of the birth of Fr. Ireneu Segarra O.S.B. with a tribute concert at the Palau de la Música Catalana, on November 19, 2017. The Union of Old Schoolchildren organized in memory of Fr. Ireneu Segarra (Ivars de Urgell, September 30, 1917 – Montserrat, November 19, 2005 ) a commemorative event that reflected the immense legacy left by the director of the Choir for 45 years and at the same time the first actor in the internationalization of the institution, in the sense of holding concerts around the world.
