Abstract

This review makes a critical assessment of the exhibition on Joan Ponç held at La Pedrera and curated by Pilar Parcerisas between October 2017 and February 2018. This exhibition, jointly organized by the Fundación Catalunya La Pedrera and the Musée de Arte Moderne de Ceret, The town with which the painter established strong ties since the end of the 1960s, has made it possible to present to the public the most important Ponç retrospective ever held in our country.
